Hugh Atkin, a law student at Sydney University, has posted a second tongue in cheek video in what may become the Chairman Rudd series on YouTube. The videos, made in the style of Chinese propaganda films, are narrated in Chinese with subtitles in English. The first video was launched on YouTube on October 20, 2007, during the Federal Elections, playing on Kevin Rudd’s promise of new leadership.
