XBox Singing Lips Take On Me

Microsoft’s XBox Singing Lips is being promoted in an online video featuring a pair of lips singing Aha’s “Take On Me” as he walks through the streets. Shades of the Tooheys Extra Dry Tongue ad from Australia? The ad is for Xbox 360 Lips, the singing game that offers wireless motion-sensitive microphones and the ability to sing along with 40 preloaded songs or your own digital music collection, due for release on November 21.

A-Ha’s lead singer Morten Harket performed ‘Take on me’ at a European Xbox event in October. The Lips in the advertisement, in contrast, sound authentically amateur.
