Vaseline Enduring Skin

Vaseline® MEN is presented as the means to keep skin resilient (not soft) in tough conditions in a commercial featuring the cinematography of Chris Sargent. Although Vaseline was first associated with petroleum jelly, in more recent years the brand’s advertising focus has been on women using skin care products. The launch of a new line of products focusing on men needed to focus on the values of reslience, strength, speed and endurance.

The camera shows the effects of the elements on paint, metal, wood, pavement as a man jogs across a bridge. “As tough as some materials appear to be, only healthy skin has the natural ability to stay resilient. Vaseline Men keeps it that way.”
